"The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We arrived around 4:00 PM, an hour after the advertised 3:00 PM check-in time, but unfortunately our room was not yet ready when we arrived. "Overall a fairly nice hotel but they could do better. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7am which was a deal killer for me. They turn their coffee machine off at 10:30am when they are done for breakfast. No cappuccino for me. Mediocre bed with tiny low quality pillows just didn’t cut it either. Nice Jacuzzi and good location. No excuse for no GYM either!"

"The property and views are beautiful and we really enjoyed the grounds and the beach. The big problem is the highway noise. It is very noticeable so there is no hearing the ocean. Even with the doors closed, they REALLY need to invest in insulated doors and good, properly installed weather stripping. Otherwise, great!"

"The hotel was very nice inside. The only downfall was that they were having a party until 10 o'clock at night it was very loud they turn the music on louder at 9:15. Did not enjoy that at all when you have a three year-old or young kids they should've had us in a different room and all the party guest should've been around the party. It was very annoying. "Great service clean wonderful breakfast bar the sea crest goes the extra mile puts out cookies in the afternoon for the guests a bar right outside the pool family friendly pool and two hot tubs and still had an extra hot tub adults only private area great fire pit seating for the morning and evenings ! Beautiful views and close access to the beach"

"Good for a quick stay .The room was kinda run down and there was signs of the ceiling leaking at one point like they forgot to paint after the repair … Also seemed like the pool area didn’t have closing hours because the room was by the pool and you can hear people down stairs past 11pm."

"We stayed at Cottage Inn while in Pismo Beach for a big classic car show. One disappointing thing was that there was only one parking spot per room and we had two cars with us. The desk staff was extremely nice and apologetic. They were able to offer suggestions on a neighborhood we could park a car in that was walking distance. It worked out okay but was nerve wracking.
