"This hotel was nearby food, shopping, and activities. It had a very reasonable price range. I was able to park very close to my room. And the hotel staff let us in early. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we had all we need."

"Part of the listing does not match the property. While the attendant was friendly at check in, and the room was clean enough to consider acceptable, the bed was absolutely terrible. We could visibly see the mattress sunk in at the middle when we walked into the room. (The picture of the room on the motel’s website does not show the bed in that condition.) We also did not have the hydro-massage shower head that the website claims is there, which is not a huge deal, but the water would not even...

"Lot's of cockroaches. My husband killed 6 in the bathroom.The room was clean, the tv worked, and they even had the Western Channel."

"Hard to understand employees and took 30 minutes to find the right one. We were sent to the old one not the one downtown."

"Quick 1 nite sisters trip. We had very convenient rooms on 1st floor near lobby. Made dinner & breakfast reservations thru open table..or u can call hotel directly. Dinner in Conquistadore was fantastic. All 3 meals were well prepared & flavorful. Breakfast in la hacienda also good..theres a buffet daily or al la cart. Sun brunch & afternoon tea,cooking lessons etc.. yes its a bit dated ; may not be best choice for ADA,but the value for the price was fair. pretty property."

"We have stayed here many times but it has been a couple of years since our last stay. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness. Floors looked like they had not been vacuumed in ages, sink and toilet were dirty. Also the tub faucet leaked constantly. There’s no daily housekeeping so you have to ask for towels and wash clothes daily. "

"shops near by, felt safe, tub/shower could not have been cleaned from last person as there was a good bit of hair and old soaps on soap shelf and bottom of tub. no coffee maker and no hair dryer"
