"The hotel facilities such as the pool, gym and parking are good, but I booked a three day, two night stay and was only able to stay for one night. "This location is old but clean. It was also very quiet as there seemed to be few customers. We stayed 3 nights while enjoying the convenient location to the Indiana Dunes National Park and a lot of nice restaurant options. The beds were comfortable. It was nice having a balcony overlooking a small lake with beautiful “Waterbirds”. We had no housekeeping services so no clean towels and no additional coffee pods for the in-room coffee machine. "Pulling into the motel the roof looked a mess and when my husband went in to register the lobby smelled awful and the chairs were torn and dirty. We contacted Expedia and they called the manager who refused to let them can the reservation. The room was ok, nice bed and tv. Bathroom needed work/repairs."

"The property is in disrepair / under construction and no mention was made online or represented in pictures. NO ONE should be able to book until renovations are completed and even then, I doubt it would be clean and well respresented."
