"Great location. Supermarkets, cafes and restaurants in walking distance. Safe neighborhood. Missing some basics like non stick pans, only one towel per person, limited paper towels, limited coffee pods, no dish towel in the kitchen. Room upstairs in the back was hot and ac wasn’t helping. Good stuff - clean, hot tub was nice, beautiful balcony. Street Parking was confusing so went to private lot instead. Overall, pretty good but some small areas for improvement."

"Nicely decorated, clean one bedroom unit in the trendy Mile End neighborhood. Fully stocked kitchen, cable TV. Lots of shopping nearby and a short 15 min walk to the subway. Gaspe Parking garage is nearby with cheap weekend rates."

"Se comparte baño, no hay cuartos con baño propio y el baño estaba PESIMO, tenia mugre pegada en la tina, no especifica que el desayuno es te entregan los ingredientes y tu preparas, la habitacion no tiene ni una silla donde sentarse y no se veia muy limpio que digamos. Horrible"

"This is a great choice in Montreal. Located in a funky area with lots of good dining and shops, the suite I had was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Two minor points were the excessive number of messages from the host, each of which required going to a website rather than just receiving the message, and not having hot water in the shower in the morning."

"We stayed here last year and noticed the difference between the two. Our room had no air conditioning as it's controlled by the front desk and when we asked for it to be turned on they told us they would but never did and recommended we open a window. This was not the case last year. We had two rooms and both sinks were clogged. Parking is difficult at times. Positives - our room was clean and the location is fantastic!"

"Breakfast is really great! Variety of croissants, baked goods with hot entrees (sausages, eggs, omelettes, etc). They clean rooms every day! Sheets are super clean. Parking is a bit of an issue when parking on the street, but the hotel garage is available for an extra fee. Pool and laundry on site. Very friendly and welcoming staff!"

"My husband and I stayed at Hotel St. Thomas for five nights at the end of May 2026. The staff was friendly and helpful. Be aware that there are stairs at front with no wheelchair access to pull up your luggage. Same goes for inside the hotel. If someone is available at the reception desk, however, you can ask for your luggage to be brought down from your room. The room's appearance was nice and clean, but the bed was hard. The dark electronic shades kind of compensated for the uncomfortable bed....

"Had a wonderful stay at Kutuma. Very small hotel, only 8 rooms. But they are beautiful. So amazingly well appointed. Large, functional kitchen, great bathroom including jacuzzi, lots of little touches. Also love the fact that they have individual shampoo and bath gel bottles rather than the gross yuck stuff. Service is great , we were even offered tea and coffee at check in. Location is excellent, next to the subway and Latin quarter. This is a great little gem. Will definitely return"

"The whole unit was clean and accommodating. The only negative thing I would say would be the bedding. Very basic and had very lumpy comforter. Wasn’t the best sleep. Expected a little bit more quality at that price point. Other than that, great spot."
