"1st day went to office to decline room service came back from breakfast and room service was being done. 2nd day late check out was approved 1 hr. Went to breakfast came back 30 min early but room key wouldn’t work and all my belongings were removed including my medicines. Each time office said Sorry as if that’s gonna solve our issue. We are very disappointed with management."

"Great location just a couple minutes to the beach. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We could hear some traffic at night but we turned the air on and that softened the noise. The front desk didn’t let us check in 30 min early, but that’s ok. I would go back. We enjoyed our stay."

"Waypoint Ventura is a treat, to say the least. All the vintage trailers are beautifully appointed and restored. Plus, the whole vibe in the place is just fantastic. Easy walkability to great restaurants and breweries. Looking forward to my next stay and trying a different travel trailer next time."

"The property in 2 blocks from the beach, which is nice, but the photos on Expedia show beachfront. That was a disappointment. There were no Washcloths or body soap. The whirlpool tub had no plug for the drain or controls for the jets. In other words it didn't work. We enjoyed our stay and the staff was responsive, but we won’t be staying there again."

"My room was clean, comfortable, and the perfect size for me to decompress over the holiday weekend. Every staff member I spoke to was kind and helpful - like when my key cards would not work and needed to be replaced! I took advantage of the continental breakfast, especially the waffle maker :) The hotel was easy to get to from the train station, and centrally located between downtown and the beach."
