"Property location is like heaven, such a beautiful views, is like in a dream. But the property soooo old and not maintained. Breakfast included is helpful. Service was good. Need to be cleaner."

"The room was clean but not really worth the price. The staff acted like they didn't want to be there which made the price of the rooms all the more appalling. I would only recommend this motel in a pinch."

"Hotel is old, worn and dated. Carpet in room was dirty with dark spots in several locations. Glass panels in the bathroom door were streaked/dirty. Bed headboard was ripped. Hotel location was great though with an easy walk to downtown, pier, beach, Amtrak station, mission and museums."

"Waypoint Ventura is a treat, to say the least. All the vintage trailers are beautifully appointed and restored. Plus, the whole vibe in the place is just fantastic. Easy walkability to great restaurants and breweries. Looking forward to my next stay and trying a different travel trailer next time."

"A bit hard to get in and out of since entrance only accessible from one side of road. Had to do u-turns if coming from wrong direction. But staff very friendly. Room had fridge and microwave. But not many places to eat!"

"Easy to find. Very very limited parking in the back about 8-100 spots. Shower drain smelled so bad like sewer and water took 10 mins to heat up. Not the cleanest but not a dirty bathroom. Window screen was broken. Dusty lamp. Property needs remodeling. Also they charge 25 for early arrival and watch out with your deposit. Apparently he didn’t know who would refund me via credit card if no one was in the office. Don’t forget to ask them before you leave property. I’m not coming back here u...

"This was a last minute stay booked but the room had good value for the price. Staff at counter was efficient and polite , the room was very clean as welllas the property. It was convenient and in walking distance to ocean and the main street shops. Dont snooze on this place "
