I had a great 3 night stay at the property, very close to the beach and beautiful place to view the sunset. My only complaint would be the bed was quite hard even for traditional Japanese beds. Other than that it was great and I would go again!

We were unable to check in, no email regarding an entrance code. We received an email only in Japanese and we speak only English. It was very frustrating, and we ended up having our taxi driver take us to the nearest hotel and had to paid for 3 nights on our own.

こじんまりとしていてかわいらしいお部屋ではあった。 ただ、コーヒーが好きでドリップパックを持って行き、室内の電気ケトルで湯を沸かして使ったのだが、翌日再度使おうとしたら何やら白いモノがプカプカ浮いており、何度水ですすいでも取れない。よく見るとケトルの底がヌルヌルとしているし、カルキのようなものが溜まっている。これはもう吐き気どころの騒ぎではなかった。不衛生過ぎる。洗面器も何か黒いモノが付いておりとても使う気になれなかった。 一見キレイそうに見えるのにとてもとても残念だった。

下駄箱の中が汚かった。 夜に虫が多いのは仕方ないが、部屋の中に入ってくるのは何かしらの対策をして欲しい。 蜘蛛の巣が多いので掃除をしてないのでは？と思ってしまう。

新しく、とても清潔感がありました。 ハートロック近くで海に入った後、外に備え付けてあるシャワーでさっと体が流せるのでとても良かったです。 ですが排水管は臭かったかな‥ 後は二段ベッドの上が暑すぎでした。 しかしすぐに対応して下さりました！ いろいろと試行錯誤されている様子でしたので どんどんサービスは良くなるかと思います！

新築なのでとてもキレイです。 お風呂とトイレも別で、とても清潔でくつろげるお風呂でした。 アメニティもよかったです。 古宇利島と屋我地島にはコンビニがないので、飲み物や朝食は本島で買っていく必要があります。 景色もとてもきれいだし、デッキからは今まで見たことのないくらいのきれいな星空を見ることができました。また沖縄に行くときは利用したいと思います。 難点をあげるとすれば、２段ベッドの上段にエアコンの冷気がまったくいかずとっても暑かったことです。小さい扇風機などがあったらうれしかったです。

幸せになりました！

目の前がハートロックという好立地！ 隣のトケイ浜までも徒歩圏内！！ 海が目的な方にはかなりオススメ！！！ 玄関前に屋外シャワーがあるので、海から直に宿に帰ってきても砂のジャリジャリ感を室内に持ち込むような心配はありません！ 4月からスタートしたばかりらしく、建物は、真っ白でなんでも綺麗でした！ 泊まってる間、宿の周りで作業してたスタッフさん達がめちゃくちゃ親切でそこもかなりの感動でした！！ 夜は二階のテラスから眺める景色が凄いです！ 日中も物凄くオーシャンビューですけど、夜は周りに灯りがなさすぎて、星空が半端ないです！！ 二階のテラスにレジャーシート敷いて、横になってオリオンビール飲みながら視界全部が星だらけ！！ 最高でした！！！ ただ南国の夜の外なんで、虫なかなかいます。虫除け対策しとくと良いと思います。 こうだったら良いのになと思った事は、玄関周りの屋根のある所とかに、水着とか海で遊んで濡れた物を干したりできるスペース(ロープとか、物干し竿)があったらなと思いました。 何度も海に入る人とか連泊する人にはあると便利な気がします。 あと、目の前のまるごとチキンのお店がまだ営業してなかったのが、残念でした。 またいつか行こうと思ってるので、そん時までにはよろしくお願いします！ 本当に幸せになれる古宇利島の宿でした。
