"We only stayed one night but we enjoyed the breakfast. The omelet bar was excellent. Our only negative was the evening reception. The snacks were very minimal and nearly gone after the first 30 minutes. Options were potato chips, pretzels, Chex mix. Other than that, everything was great. Very friendly staff!!"

"Our room was very hot the first night. The air condition is not controlled in the room but rather generally by the staff. So you have no control over the a/c. It is a historic building. This being said the rooms are small and the street noise is incredibly loud. It felt like there was drag racing outside our room in the street all night. Literally could not sleep with all the noise outside."

"For breakfast the first items we ordered were all unavailable. Asked if they could sub bacon for sausage on an egg sandwich was told. Asked if they could make a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and was told no, we need to order the bacon, egg and toast breakfast and assemble into a sandwich ourselves. Fine, but the bacon was very burnt and I ended up throwing away (and I love crispy bacon!). I also like a nice runny yolk, but the egg white was runny and raw. Restaurant sounded delicious but...

"Staff was very friendly and got us checked in an hour early. The room and property were clean. Breakfast was great with many options available. Parking was $25 a day but with in and out privileges. We would stay here again! "

"We booked 3 of the exact same rooms at this property for $280/night and when we check-in, they told us one of the room can only accommodate 2 instead of 3 people so we need to make it work among ourselves because there is nothing they can do. After we went up to our rooms, 2 of them had wet carpet and cleaning supplies still in them. We had to wait another 20-30 min for them to finish up everything but our feet got wet from the wet carpet. They just said it will dry eventually. Later at...

"The hotel is very dated and well used. We saw a lot of dirt. Don't expect amazing rooms. What this places offers is location -- easy access to transit line into the city and a shuttle for Cardinals home games. This makes it easy to stay and about half the cost for staying right next to the stadium. We paid for an arch view room and it did not disappoint on the view aspect."

"We got up to our floor and our key didn’t work. Which normally is no big deal but it was VERY busy and one elevator wasn’t working. So to go down and get something and then wait 10 min for an elevator was a pain. Clean good breakfast. "
