"The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough to be helpful. The Inn had a lovely cosy feel and a menu to match. We met friends there and we were all similarly impressed. The beds were extremely comfortable too!"

"Staff were lovely and happy to help. We got a free upgrade to a harbour view rooms Rooms were spacious. Quiet room. Bathroom was new but room was slightly outdated and had stains on the carpet. Overlap a good stay. "

"This is a lovely old building. The rooms are very comfortable and the bed is superb for a good nights sleep. Set just outside town, a short taxi ride in and out, it was very quiet and ample safe parking. The Dinner was very good (Belly pork) and you must try the garlic and cheese bread, it is huge like a pizza and far more than we expected. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they made our stay a memorable one. Thank you very much. I would definitely stay here again if we are in the area."

"Good breakfast spread, with exception of no eggs available. No problems with room set up, excellent staff no problem too small to sort. Easy to find hotel. This was my first stay and would hope to stay next time I travel to Bath. "

"The service of the staff was excellent and car parking is free. However, the plug sockets next to the bed required moving the bedside tables, so if you want to use any electrical devices whilst in bed, you had to use the sockets across the room. The toilet positioned in the room were too close to the wall and the handles to open the windows were loose and call fall out anytime. "

"Firstly fantastic staff. Nothing too much trouble. Lovely well stocked bar area. Fabulous breakfast. Very clean. Free parking to the rear of the property. Central location. We stayed as we were attending a wedding so didn’t really explore much but what we saw was very nice. Bedrooms were basic but this was obviously reflected in the price. "3rd time we stayed here, Still good but had booked executive room and expected to be in the main building. Room we had was in The Coach House and smelt strongly of fresh paint, had to leave the window open for duration of our stay. "
