"Lovely looking hotel. Room was nice and big but a bit of wear and tear, chips in the coffee table etc, pool was nice and warm but not told enough about it at check in, had to ask where it was, then when we went down was told all lockers fully booked had to leave everything by side of pool. Lady who checked us in and out has absolutely no social skills or good customer service, didn’t even wish us a nice stay or ask if we had a nice stay at checkout, wasn’t impressed with the attitude. Not sure...

"First time I’ve ever stayed at an Easy hotel. Blimey, the rooms are small! However this hotel is in central London, close to Old Street tube station and has everything you would reasonably need for a 1/2 night stay. Spotlessly clean, 24 hour manned reception and great staff. As basic as basic can be but that’s reflected in the price. Really good air con and a comfortable sleep too. Would stay again for up to a couple of nights"

"Wouldn’t have previously considered staying at a concept like this, but booked as hotel prices were very expensive for my travel dates. I was pleasantly surprised. You do have to use the QR code on your phone to move about the building too often in my opinion but that said, it’s very secure. "The staff as always are the best. The room was not so great. We had the noise from the train ( I think ) throughout the day stopping only late at night for a few hours. We have stayed at the hotel on many previous occasions and in all fairness the rooms we have previously been given have all been outstanding. So we were a bit disappointed this time."
