"We always stay at this hotel. It's in a great spot! It does need some TLC though. I reported Saturday morning to the first shift front desk clerk about the toilet seat being loose, but I was told that I would have to change rooms. We had a conference to attend so we had to go. Upon our return I stopped by the front desk to see if the night clerk had an update about the toilet repair. She said that she had not been told about it. "2 firearms went off. Last at 2am. 8 flights to get out. Rough night. First I was put in a handicap king that smelled like wet socks. Someone knew that as there was an air purifier in there. Moved to a room on 8th floor. Beds are lumpy. Sheets itchy. Still the smell but less so. Hotel lobby is nice. Shuttles are nice & ice cold. Shuttle drivers are great!"

"I booked this hotel for a short layover to rest before my next flight, but it was the complete opposite of what I needed. Here are the serious concerns:
Cleanliness Issues:
• Bed sheets had visible hair throughout the whole bed.
• Towels were stained yellow with what appeared to be pubic hair embedded in the fabric
• Floors were noticeably dirty and grimy
• After showering, I still felt unclean due to the overall filth
• BUGS in bathroom

"The property was having multiple problems when we were there. The pool pump was out so unusable. The next morning they were having issues and no hot breakfast. They did have cereal, sweet rolls juice and coffee but not the hot breakfast advertised. I can understand one problem but simultaneous problems…makes me wonder about the overall maintenance. The staff was nice, just the way it was."

"Although the guest services were excellent, I ended up moving out after one nights stay. The smell of mold was overwhelming and tiny bugs were bitting me all night. I was afraid to take a shower because of how the fixtures looked. There was also what appeared to be a dried up blood stain on the bed covers. My money was refunded and I was able to immediately move into another hotel where my stay was marvelous. I’m so sorry to make such an unpleasant review."
