"Clean room and bed sheets, soft towels. There's shower gel, shampoo and conditioner (it's a big plus for me, finally not the 3-in-1 gel I find in many hotels). "A little difficult to get into, but once in the hotel is decent, if a bit no-frills. No windows or kettle is a bit of a challenge for a longer stay, but if all you need is a bed and bathroom then it does the job"

Room gets hot (not a bad thing), water gets hot (not a bad thing), very little amenities (hand soap and towels) - but for a great location, a breakfast next door and easy commutes this is the perfect place to rest your head. Don't expect a 5-star hotel. Expect a bed and quick hospitality for a fair price."

"We booked this as it was near Stratford and we were going to the theatre at Stratford East. It was a bit of a walk, but that was fine. The room served a purpose and was adequate, if you want tea/coffee in your room collect it from the reception area (there is a kettle in the room) bed linen and towels were fresh and clean and tbh we had a great nights sleep- there was no 'City View' but we had a lovely church to look at... all in all it served a purpose as previously said. ... needs some big...
