"Funky hotel in very central location with a nice bar. We were upgraded to a deluxe dome view room with terrace which had a lovely aspect down to a green courtyard and the terrace was a good size. Only comment would be there was no decaf coffee option in the room and the breakfast was on the expensive side based on the options available. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend."

"Overall this is a great apartment - but the issue we encountered is related to the inaccuracy of the listing in regards to the beds. The listing states there are two double beds. It does not specify that the second bed is actually a pull out sofa bed. It's in a sitting room with sliding doors that does allow for privacy, but no bedside tables and the mattress is incredibly thin. It was not prepared when we arrived - I suppose because there were only two of us. We would not have booked if we knew...

"This is a basic bargain hotel 10 minute walk from all the main tourist sites of Florence. Also walking distance to the train station. Great deal for a family as several rooms have a loft that can sleep another 2-3 people. Good breakfast."
