"Our stay was impeccable. So clean, so modern, and very comfortably luxurious. Breakfast staff was attentive and remembered our coffee orders each morning. Bar staff was helpful and friendly, and the front desk was attentive and thorough. We used the laundry service and it was fast. Room was well furnished, and well kept each day."

"The location is perfect for many of the sites, especially the Duomo, the Academy, & the Medici museum and chapel. The hotel entrance opens onto a historic square, always full of people, so as a single woman traveling alone I felt safe coming and going. Despite that, it was quiet, apart from the chiming of church bells heard only if the window is open. The front desk easily can get you a taxi within minutes, if needed.
