Overall, it was a good stay. The place was clean, tidy, and had a decent-sized living space for a short-term visit. For us, a minor inconvenience was the disruptive noise from extremely loud upstairs neighbours during late hours. Based on other reviews we already anticipated this, so future guests should just be prepared to deal with some noise in homes like these! My only constructive criticism is that future guests might appreciate more comfortable mattresses that don’t have coils digging into the skin— and sturdier quality bed frames that don’t squeak, bend or warp in the middle under the weight of a 170-pound person. Everything else was good, with clear instructions for check in! Thank you very much.

Everything you need is there. They provided laundry detergent, slippers, towels. Comfortable bed and pillows. The only thing is the restaurant located below us when they cooked at night you can smell it inside room even if the windows were all closed.

Room condition was great and size was a plus only downside was that the sign is quite small so spotting it was a little hard. The check-in information email contained a detailed guide on how to find it though. The email was not automatically sent to me though I had to request it but their response to my email was very quick and helpful!

The room was just like in the pictures. Clean, comfortable and a great location. An easy 5 minute walk to a lot of great shopping and restaurants. 10-15 walk from JR Namba station and 10 minutes to Dotombori. There is a great park for kids to play and combini stores everywhere. The beds in our room were extremely hard (harder than regular Japanese beds we’ve used) and when requesting extra bedding they weren’t accommodating. But overall a great place to stay.

Exceptional Value!

As a family of three, this room was absolutely perfect for us. It was nice and bright, clean and had all the "extras" you could think of- toothbrushes, laundry soap, shower supplies, and even hanging clips for the clothes that needed drying. Check in included pictures for the process, and a binder for the room welcomed us. This was so very helpful coming from Canada. The beds were much more firm than we're used to, but everything else was beyond comfortable. Walkable to everything but just far enough out that it's completely quiet. We've already recommended it to friends back home. Excellent stay!

The property is so big! We have plenty of space. It has everything from washing machine, kitchen, stove, kettle, fridge, table, couch, we love the property! The only thing is a bit of a walk from the station and dotonburi area.

Great Location & Comfortable Stay

Excellent location, within short walking distance to shopping area (Dotonbori/Shinsaibashi) & metro/train stations. Place is surprisingly spacious! Very neat and clean room. You can laundry but drying is only via dehumidifier fan inside the bathroom, as the terrace doors are locked. Overall, enjoyed our stay without a hitch. Customer support is also very responsive and reliable. Will stay here again if whenever in town.

Won’t go back…

Although the location is good, the room is spacious and has a laundry machine, the building is old. The unit was not cleaned properly. There’s dust and old stain on the shower room door. The sink has pink scum. The light at the elevator lobby was off. The garbage room is right at the lobby which makes the lobby smelly. Needed help with booking s taxi, tried emailing - no response, tried calling the English and Japanese phone lines - phone numbers not in service…

숙소 이용 일주일 전 이메일을 통해 요청드린 사항들을 처리해 주셨고, 객실은 먼지 하나 없이 완벽하게 정돈되어 손님을 맞이할 준비가 되어 있었습니다. 숙소에서 2분 거리에 편의점이 위치하여 필요한 물품을 언제든지 구매할 수 있었으며, 이는 매우 편리했습니다. 또한 세탁기, 전자레인지, 스토브 등 기본적인 조리 시설이 갖춰져 있어 간단한 요리도 가능하여 더욱 만족스러운 숙박 경험을 할 수 있었습니다. 다음에 다시 방문하고 싶은 마음이 매우 큽니다.
