夜行バスで早朝に到着したにも関わらず、チェックインができ、無料でコインロッカーが使えた。15時以降は紙の提示で部屋カードがすぐに貰え、とてもスムーズ。チェックアウト後もコインロッカー無料でとても便利でした。

ユニバのエントランスからすぐの立地、お部屋は広々31平米でトイレ風呂別、そしてパークビューにアップグレードして頂き、夜中もハロウィンオールでキラキラなユニバ鑑賞。最高でした！

やはりなんといってもUSJが近い！！！飲み物は自販機コーナーで手に入りますが隣接するコンビニが無いので軽食などお求めの場合はユニバーサルシティウォークのローソンで買った方が良きです

3連泊でアサインされたお部屋が1313号室でした。正直最初は縁起悪い番号だなとテンション下がりました。同じタイミングでチェックイン手続きをしていた隣のファミリーは「パークビューのお部屋にアップグレードいたしました」などと言われていたのに、1人客だからぞんざいな扱いをされたんだなと悲しくなりました。が、その後1313という数字をネット検索すると「エンジェルナンバー」という幸福の兆しを現すラッキーナンバーであることがわかり、逆にちょっとワクワクしました。結局滞在中にラッキーなことは特段起きませんでしたが、POPなお部屋で楽しく滞在することができました。エレベーターもそんなに待たないですし、朝イチでインパする場合は朝食のチケットを追加料金で夕食に振り替えられるサービスがありがたいです。

娘夫婦と孫、夫と5人で宿泊。2部屋を予約、同じフロアでリクエストしていましたが、チェックイン時に隣の部屋でさらにコネクティングにできるとのことでお願いしました。孫もまだ小さく、すぐに隣室と行き来できるのは助かりました。15年ほど前に利用したことがあるので相当年数は経っているはずですが、綺麗にリノベされている印象でウッドペッカーの一面壁紙もユニバ感満載です。トイレのレバーなど一部施設に年代は感じますが、全体的にとても綺麗で大満足です。年パスだとユニバからも近いので眠くなった孫を連れて休憩に戻ることもでき、ほんとうに至便なホテルです。スタッフもとても親切でした。子供連れが多いはずですが、子供用トイレ便座の貸し出しが無かったのは残念でした。

お部屋可愛くて快適でした。お風呂とトイレは別のスペースにあればなお良いです。洗面スペースと同じところにあるとお風呂が入りづらいです。15時前後はチェックインでフロントが長蛇の列でしたがフロント人数を増やせないものかなと思いました。

USJでギリギリまで遊びたい！と思ってこちらのホテルにしました。予約した部屋の雰囲気はPOPな感じで、あともう1名程、エクストラベッドが入りそうな広さでした。高層階で予約入れていただき、満足でした！チェックイン前に到着したのですが、荷物の預かり等、スタッフのみなさんも対応、心地よく、快適に過ごせました。ホテル周辺は、駅はもちろん、コンビニもお食事処も申し分なく便利でした！ 1つだけ、、コインランドリーの空きが競争率が高すぎて。部屋でリアルタイムで空き状況確認できるんですが、部屋から最下階まで行くまでに先に取られてしまって…(笑)終わっても取られてないし…どこの部屋の人が使ってるまでわかればもっといいのに。。と思ってしまいました。それでも大満足の旅でした。ありがとうございました。
