Good location in heart of Umeda next to Hankyu, Daimaru and Hanshin department store. Easy access to train station and shopping. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Tulleys coffee shop and bakery in lobby area was a great plus.

this should be a new hotel with excellent location. You can reach by walking through the Namba underground walkway from the train station. The room is well designed with good space, AC and modern lighting control. The price is very reasonable.

最後だから泊まってみようかと思いシングル素泊まりしましたが2度と泊まりたくないですね。まぁ、潰れるからリピーターはもういらない考えかな？。アメニティの歯ブラシは最低で今時あんな程度の悪い歯ブラシを提供するホテルはないと思います。バスローブも古びてて清潔感全く無し‼️ヨレヨレで薄汚れてて気持ち悪かったです。何もかも家から持って来たら良かった、と思うホテルは初めてでした。大晦日の夜、全然寛げませんでした。
