Our stay here was fantastic. We were greeted with very friendly and amazing staff. They were very attentive to know what our needs were and very good at providing information. Great hotel for families. We booked a grand family room for our family with two young kids. The hotel was fantastic, large room, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Having the separate bedroom was great so kids could sleep early in the room. Location is great only about 10 min walk to Namba station.

We stayed here for 11 nights in March 2026. We booked the largest room for just my husband and I, so it was very spacious. The room was great and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, conveniently close to Dotonbori, with numerous restaurants nearby and a 7-11 is just a stone throw away from the hotel. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind and welcoming, consistently greeting us with warmth. I arranged for luggage transfer from Osaka to Kyoto, and the staff had our tags prepared in advance and reassured us that everything would be handled smoothly. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely return on our next visit to Osaka!

Very clean. It’s in a central and convenient location to street markets and other good restaurants nearby including the 24/7 Seven Eleven that also has a great selection of foods. Very quiet. This is a basic hotel, not a 4 star or premium. It's in a back street, like 15-20 minutes walking to all the sights, very close to Namba shrine. The rooms are small and they don't clean them, only after 3 days of staying. They just change your towels and trash if you leave it out the door... so as I said, not very premium.
