The hotel was straight forward like a small apartment, so the convenience was nice. It was also just a short walk to the subway, bus, and train systems for getting around Osaka/Kyoto/Kobe easily. If you are here for upscale shopping and dining, then here is a reasonably priced place at a reasonable price, just a short walk from all the shopping you could want.

The location was great and close the the train station. The only issue are the beds. Beds are so hard and stiff. Pillows are also not the best. We also stayed in Tokyo at their Minn Kasai and the experience was the same regarding the beds. We asked the host if we could get an extra bedding, but they were able to help. If this issue would be resolved this place would be amazing for the value and location. Hope management can use this as a positive feedback.

Check-in was horrible and every time I walked through the lobby there was another person struggling with their check-in so I know I wasn’t alone. Their whole process needs an overhaul. Many people showed up without rooms ready for them or in my case I couldn’t access my room with my door code. I had to open a fire cabinet and get a hidden key to unlock my room door.

房間很大也滿乾淨的，但因為是自助式所以寄放行李的部分要到大阪車站比較麻煩，辦理check-in時需要用信用卡支付住宿稅，這點對沒有信用卡或沒帶卡的人比較麻煩，所幸視訊人員告訴我們可以改線上支付，才順利入住。

we had a room for 4--this was a bit tight, but manageable. The pictures showed the rooms that had hot tubs--but ours did not have one. Despite this, the bathroom having tub and shower with separate toilet in a separate room was great. Kitchen with full fridge/freezer was also great for managing drinks and late-night snacks! Great location.

Room was clean and just as listed. It was actually bigger than what was shown in the pictures. Washing machine in room which is a plus especially when you have children traveling with you.

The hotel room was nice, clean and put together. The laundry unit in the unit was also nice to have. The check in was a little tough if you had to speak to someone. The connection to the other person on the other line was hard to hear. All in all the property was good.

Eine tolle Unterkunft, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Betten waren super, ein Erklärung auf englisch für die Klimaanlage wäre gut, die habe ich ehrlich gesagt nicht verstanden. Würde ich aber auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen.
