全室「禁煙室」希望します。

温泉に入れる、朝食もいただける、など、かなりサービスが充実している感じが良いと思います。ただ、難点なのは、「喫煙室」がまだあることですね。全室「禁煙室」にして頂き、部屋に染み付いているタバコの匂いを完全に消去して欲しいです。

新大阪のコストパフォーマンスのいいホテル

新大阪駅から徒歩5分ほどの場所にあるコストパフォーマンスのいいホテル。私の泊まった部屋は広くはないが機能的につくられており、清掃も行き届いていた。大浴場があるが、男女交代制なので、時間が合わない場合には部屋のバスタブを使う方が便利。朝食もある程度の種類の中から選ぶことができ、たこ焼きもあった。スタッフは親切でホテル周囲の飲食店のアドバイスをしてくれたり、チェックイン・チェックアウトともにすぐに終わった。全体的なサービス品質に比べて価格が安く、非常にコストパフォーマンスがいい。

満足出来るレベルです。

出張で一泊利用。駅から程近く便利。大浴場が時間帯で男女入れ替えは仕方ないところです。風呂は あまり広くないので混んでくると落ち着いて入れない感じが少し残念。天然温泉のお湯はすごく良いです。朝食はあまり期待してなかったけどまぁまぁ満足です。また次も利用したいホテルですね。

大変清潔で、スタッフの対応も良かったです。 チェックアウトに長く時間をとられることもないシステムでした。 コロナ禍のなか、朝食のエリアも、スタッフが丁寧に消毒するなど配慮があり、気持ちのよいホテルでした。 ビジネスで利用しましたが、十分な内容でした。 新大阪に行くときは、また利用したいと思います。

隣の部屋のイビキがうるさくて眠れない

壁が薄いのか？ 隣の部屋のイビキがうるさくて眠れず、 疲れた。 温泉は男女入れ替えだったが 泉質はとても良くツルツルになった、 大坂の温泉では 一番かも‼️ フロントの対応等はとても良かったです。

コロナ対策は スーパーホテルが一番です 足元からの消毒は 的を得てます ただ、枕元にコンセントが無かったこと （USBのみ）はちょっと 不便でした

良いホテル！

良いホテルでした。 受付の方の対応も良かったし、朝ごはんお時の笑顔や対応が素晴らしい。私ではないが、常連さんとの会話も自然で、このホテルなら長期滞在の寂しさなどを癒されると思います。
