Very clean. Staff were great. They help with luggage forwarding. Right next to a 24 hour convenience store which was very nice. Overall, great experience for our short stay in Osaka

Love this place! Great area, right beside a food market (aeon) that's opened 24hrs. Subway station is right there as well. Takes 15 mins to walk to dotonbori. Super convenient. Highly recommended

The hotel was okay and staff were sort of helpful. I stayed across various hotel in Japan during my trip and this was the one that didn't stand out as much to me. The room was nice but not very homely compared to the other places I stayed. Staff were friendly but again had better experience at the other hotels I stayed in

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Above a great supermarket and within walking distance of metro line and not far from Dotonbori area. We found the common areas a bit sterile and the check in was not the smoothest. Worse thing was the carpet in the room was stained in a few spots.

Very near to 3 subway lines, easy to get to several major transport nodes (shinkansen, osaka station, osaka-namba stations). Near to Shinsaibashi Shopping Street (5-10 min walk) but this area is rather quiet, not noisy). Aeon Supermarket right below the hotel, good to get breakfast or supper.

Perfect convenient stay for families with kids!

We opted for the deluxe room with a queen bed for our family of 3, my toddler is 4. Luckily the bed was a standard Queen size and fit the 3 of us well! The room was small but standard for Japan, but made really good use of wooden shelving (2 rows of it) bordering around the bed for extra storage, making it easy to put our things out and easy to grab. The breakfast buffet was delicious! I do not regret adding it on at all. The options change daily and we enjoyed having a great breakfast to fuel our day before heading out. Having a supermarket downstairs and a subway station a minute away was definitely the cherry on top. The convenience!!!!!

Very convenient as hotel is walking distance from train station. Room is very comfortable & spacious. Bathroom is also very big. Only one time there was a terrible smell on the whole level. Not sure where the smell came from but it was super bad. A bit disappointed check out time has to be 10am as usually hotels check out are around 11am or 12pm but they do provide a good locking service for the baggage.

The hotel is near the train station. The room is big enough but it was not cleaned, there was dirty stain on the quilt. When I requested to change the quilt, the staff told me that he could not change the quilt for me but he can change the room. Finally, I rejected it as I had already settled down my belonging and I felt tired at that moment, I only wanted to take a rest immediately.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. However maybe it was my own mismanaged expectation, I found the rooms to be much smaller than expected. There's barely room to walk with suitcases open. There's no safety deposit box in the room neither. The reception's English level was not as great as I'd expect from a large hotel chain at a touristy location. We had to communicate through translating machines which was inefficient. Perhaps their target audience is more business folks than tourists. Overall experience is good, but room for improvement.

The hotel is considered a good option in the city center, within walking distance to attractions like Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. The transportation is convenient, as it is close to a subway station. There is also a 24-hour Aeon supermarket downstairs, and several nice restaurants nearby. I booked a Deluxe Single Room, Non-Smoking. The room had enough space for my luggage, and the staff were friendly and resolved my issues. =========================================== However, there were some problems: - The trash bin in the room had leftover garbage from the previous guest. - The refrigerator needed to be manually turned on, and the instructions were only in Japanese, which made the power location unclear. - There might be some noise from cars at night, but it was minimal and personally acceptable for me. - The facilities were lacking; there was only one water dispenser in the lobby, and there were only 3 or 4 washing machines, with a standard wash and dry time of 180 minutes. Overall, the hotel is acceptable for a stay in the city center.
