The staff speak limited English and especially since the baggage forwarding service is "self service", all the other hotels I stayed at arranged this for us. ..."

"Very clean and great location next to Osaka station with lots of amenities around. You do need to navigate 2 sets of lifts and it can get busy so just need to watch time a little - especially around checkout at 12. It’s a huge hotel and immaculately kept. Good coffee machine at reception."
