"The staff were great, very friendly and helpful, and most of them spoke English which was an unexpected bonus to make my life a little easier. The room was huge with a comfy bed and pillows, and the shower was strong and hot. There is a Mt Fuji viewpoint on the roof but it was too cloudy to get a view while I was there so I can't speak for how good it is. Proximity to Fujisan Station is excellent, very convenient for travel options around Yamanashi and to Tokyo by both bus and train. "

"I had a positive stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, even before the official check-in time, they kindly offered to store my luggage so I could begin sightseeing right away. They also provided a complimentary shuttle to the bus terminal, which was very convenient. "The property is all small condos and even ours being one of the smaller was extremely spacious. We loved the rooftop deck with a gorgeous view of Mt. Fuji. However, a couple things that we struggled with were the beds (one of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever tried to sleep on) and the very steep stairs which were a bit difficult to navigate. "We were only able to stay one night, but would have been happy to stay many more. Clean and well set up. The unit we stayed in didn't have a view, but the mountain still felt like it was *right there* when you stepped outside. Would definitely stay again."
