"The staff was great. I loved how they had little tidbits about what each staff on duty liked. Rooms were clean and spacious, as advertised. And loved their showers. They warned us that laundry would take 3 hrs which I appreciated. It was useful for a small load. Would recommend the place."

"鶴橋駅のすぐそばでアクセスが良かったです。 室内はとても清潔でした。 冷蔵庫、洗濯機、掃除機、電子レンジ、電気ポットが完備されておりとても便利です。 浴室乾燥機もついていたので夜浴室に干して朝には乾いたため、家に帰ってからの洗濯物がとても少なくて済みます。 洗濯機も掃除機もゴミ屑がなく、清掃が行き届いていました！ 最小限の食器やキッチンアイテムもあるので鶴橋駅の商店街で韓国料理をテイクアウトしたり、たこ焼きをテイクアウトしてホテルの部屋で食べられました。 エクスペディアから予約したら、ホテルからのチェックインの詳細が届かず、当時フロントの人に聞いてメールを送ってもらいました。 また大阪に来ることがあれば利用したいです。"
