A refrigerator in the room we booked was not working properly. I think they have to check before we got into the unit, but night time staff member changed our room right away. He was pretty helpful and nice.

The floors were sticky and obviously unvacuumed, there were bits and pieces of food everywhere including a gummy bear and a pair of dried contacts. I’d recommend staying at a real hotel rather than this university residence…

We had a very comfortable stay, especially with the convenience of a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The location is also very close to all major attractions.
