"We had a great time! The place could definitely use more staff. The people there were working hard but there weren’t enough people to properly service guests. Our bathroom didn’t have running water but they quickly upgraded us, which was very nice."

"Stayed one night prior to a flight. Very friendly staff. Room was clean and spacious (especially compared to our previous Manhattan hotel). The bathroom could definitely use hooks or bars for hanging towels, especially a hand towel. Breakfast was a standard Holiday Inn Express breakfast. There was some road noise in the night. We did not explore the area as there were massive storms and flood warnings (the road near the hotel did flood) and there were police cars at the hotel in the morning...

"The staff went out of there way to make us comfortable after having several cancelled airline flights and lost luggage. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay at this hotel the next time I visit the Bronx"

"Terrible noise. Located next highway. Dark. The only good thing about it is proximity to the airport with a free shuttle. Pretty bad breakfast. Too expensive for what it is"
