"This is the little hotel that could! The rooms are very tiny but extremely clean and well appointed. They have everything you need. It has a safe, Keurig machine, hair dryer, full length mirror, clock, ironing board and iron and a nice size flat screen tv. The bathroom looks newly updated and the shower pressure was excellent and had plenty of hot water. We were picked up by a free shuttle from the JFK airport and returned there the next day. "The a/c system was not working in our room when we checked in. Someone came in right away to fix it. After going out and coming back that night, the temp still remained at 80 degrees. We switched to a different room which the a/c did work and the room was cool. However, a humming/buzz and a fan in one of the vents never turned off. So it was difficult to fall asleep hearing that all night. We went from room #1005 to room #1903. Otherwise, it was clean, looked nice and well maintained."

"It’s an ok place if you just need a place to crash. No amenities, no breakfast, not even a lobby with seating. Additionally the young man at the front desk thought it would be “too expensive” for me which is very offensive to assume of a complete stranger. There were no “do not disturb” signs to hang on the doors. So I was constantly disturbed and the language barrier did not help. Overall… decent stay. Just have to be prepared to have a lot of patience. And stay for a short time."
