"Clean room, good breakfast, easy parking, "

"I am utterly disgusted that this place is even still open, arrived at 7:50pm and told we had to find food elsewhere as kitchen shuts at 8pm, then was told they were not aware we had a room booked and she would have to call owner to confirm! Said she would call us back while we found something to eat as his phone went to voicemail!!!!! We then get a call to say yes they have made a room up! I then asked if they were aware we had a full English breakfast the next morning… again no they didn’t!!...

"Loved this place team are welcoming and very friendly. Menu is great so many different choices, I am on a diet and broke it for the delicious dishes. My room had Aircon which was a major bonus as it was 32. I have a bad knee which they accomadated for. Would stay again. Thank you"

"Visited The Mansion House in Holbeach to attended the Heritage festival at weekend at Sandringham. Stayed for 6 nights. Really lovely hotel, run by an amazing couple Sam & Richard. Nothing is a bother for them. They go above and beyond. Car park areas for approx 3 cars at hotel, but they also have another larger car park area essentially just around corner. Always got parked there too. We stayed in the Deluxe Double Rooms with Ensuite with wonderful showers. Really lovely...

"A very central hotel ideally positioned to see the sights and opposite the cathedral with nicely appointed rooms, even a bath in the room. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice on offer. Restaurant was also fun with a good range of dishes in a reasonably quiet ambiance. We enjoyed our stay."

"My family and I enjoyed our two nights at the lodge. The rooms and the ensuite bathroom are neat (though there was no toilet brush) and have got its own television. The kitchen also has a sitting area to relax, a dinning and its own television, all basic cooking utensils are available. Most importantly the gentle man in charge was reachable, responsive and respectful. If I were to visit Kings Lynn again I'll definitely lodge here."
