"Everything exceeded my expectations and I'd gladly stay again!"

"This is the first time we have stayed at this hotel, and we did so specifically to check it out. Our room had hair in both the bathtub and the shower; we even found a small creature—which looked like a cockroach—right next to the toilet. Furthermore, the shower stall was black with what appeared to be mold or mildew. ( im not sure) Our room was extremely dirty."

"The space was clean for the most part. Noticed the bathroom was cleaned very lazily. There was hair on the sink, shower and the toilet was not cleaned well. Other than that no issues. Comfortable bed and pillows"

"This was our first time at Wynn. Would never go back. Checking in was not a good experience! I felt like I was talking to a robot. They didn’t have the room we booked, offered a different room, didn’t accommodate anything like we had reserved. The person checked us in was like either this or leave it. Very weird. I had never felt this way at a Vegas hotel! We had breakfast with our room, at the cafe they said no walk in because they were busy! So honestly not sure if I wanna spend more time to write more about the unwelcoming hotel and staff. So we would never go back to Wynn when we have so many other options! No wonder hotel was not that busy. Walking around was like not Vegas at all."
