"The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional. The building we stayed in was old. We live in an 120 year old home but this seemed much older. Our room, especially the bathroom, was small. Be aware the stairwell is steep and narrow which may not be an issue if you do not have to carry large or heavy bags to your room. "

"Our stay was enchanting. We were generously upgraded to a River View room. Though small, the room was very clean, comfortable, relaxing and attractive. The views of the river, the beach and forested hills were breathtaking. Breakfast in the morning was upgraded continental and enjoyable. Staff was exceptional. "Beautiful Inn, room & common spaces were very cozy. Almost like home. Small refrigerator and kurig in room. Common space has more hot beverages and a microwave. Breakfast available at a nearby as an addition per person at an inn just down the block (1 min drive though we could have walked). We would love to stay again. And we will recommend this inn. "
