"Great location, right next to the Chinatown gate. The area feels safe, and the staff is very friendly. The room is spacious and comfortable. We didn't use the gym, but it's nice to have one available."

"The staff was excellent - so friendly and kind. Breakfast had homemade pastries! Loved the 24/7 access to Numi tea and quality coffee. Very comfortable bed, though it seemed to be more full size than queen size. Charming inn."

"The hotel was in an excellent location, with plenty of restaurants and food options within walking distance, which made everything very convenient. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Very convenient to many restaurants. Downtown and Emarcadero tourist areas are walkable. Generally felt safe in hotel. We'll kept and clean, with a simple older motor lodge vibe. Good value."
