"When I arrived, I put my bags in the room and left for a walk. The villa is up a steep hill from the main town. I had a pleasant walk to some nearby viewpoints. On my return the room smelt of damp and mould, on closer inspection there was mould in multiple places and when I switched on the aircon it was worse. I contacted them to ask for an alternative room as it was heading toward 6pm. They offered me one but there was also a slight damp smell in that room so I decided to book another hotel...

"Staff were very welcoming and communicated effectively. Room was super clean cozy and lovely. My only issue is that during check in i was told i can order breakfast for a certain price but the following day when i wanted to order, they told me they were not doing breakfast because nobody else asked for breakfast, i didn't understand that since i was paying for it but either way i was able to get breakfast at the warung next door which had amazing food."

"Tres bel hôtel dans un joli cadre . Dommage l odeur de la salle de bain fort belle , était celle d égout...Abat jour de lampe qui ne tenait pas,fuite des wc,électricité lampe incorrecte. Petit déjeuner décevant, un jour c est un buffet et le lendemain un plat.."

"The hotel was in a really good location, close to the beach, loved the pool and they also offer a free shuttle to the beach. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a very relaxing and quiet place to stay. My husband and I had a lovely stay. Thank you to the team!"

"Amazing !!! Unbelievable !!! Most incredible views over the rice fields and the Mount Batur. The pool is huge and so perfectly placed, This is a dream of a hotel. Unconditional thumbs up !! One of my favorite place ever."
