"Not very friendly staff in the lobby, experienced about 6 days of it…they act like you’re bothering them if you ask anything. The pool and ocean front was nice but would not stay again due to the pool music and night club sounds coming from somewhere nearby all the way until 3am. Very basic and budget friendly but at our cost of peace. The location and convenience of everything close by was nice. Good dive resort on sight was great."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay (April 2026). We enjoy snorkelling so it was nice to be able to do that from the beach club. The location is great in that you can easily walk to town. We had no issue acquiring a beach chair for the day, though I think that was due to lower hotel occupancy at the time. The dining room was not overly busy and the food was good, although not a huge spread, we could always find something we liked to eat. I think if the hotel was at full capacity we likely would have found it too crowded as the beach club is not very big and there is only one dining room and one specialty restaurant (only open 3 evenings of the week), at least at the time we were there. The staff were all great and the hotel was very clean and well maintained."

"This is our 5th year returning to this hotel. Staff are so friendly and looking out for us. Breakfast every morning was great. Pool on roof was the best. New elevator being install as we left. We will be back. "

"This hotel had a very convenient location. Close to all the bars and restaurants. We had an ocean view room and it was fun to watch all the cruise ships come and go. I would recommend this hotel and would also stay again. "

"Property was clean and staff was kind and helpful. We stayed one night waiting for our rental to be ready. We chose this for the close proximity to everything in town. The hallways and stairs echo very loudly. It was only a disturbance when some unruly children were running and yelling loudly late at night. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again."

"We have stayed here 3 times now. Arrived early and could not check in. At check in time lines were very long. Service very slow. When we did check in they gave us 2 double beds when our res clearly said King. Was then told we had to take what’s available to which i refused. Fridges dont work, patio lights are left on regardless till 930pm. You cannot control the light coming into your room and there is no blackout curtains. Birds in buffet food … "
