"The staff were truly wonderful at Hotel Piazza Pitti Palace and Letizia made sure we were completely welcomed and comfortable immediately on arrival which was a lovely personal touch. The location of the hotel is terrific, we were able to see so much of what Florence had to offer for dining and site seeing and the suites were very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. 10/10 we will definitely be staying there again amazing birthday treat! "Ideal central location on a small, quiet street. Short walk to all the sights. Scrupulously clean. Modern bathroom. Very attentive staff. Daily housekeeping. The included continental breakfast with yogurt, fresh fruit & breads, cheese, and warm croissants did not vary. Fine for a few days but perhaps monotonous during a longer stay. Free extras include tea & coffee with cake in the afternoon & happy hour with wine. Potential guests should be aware that the elevator starts one flight up (26 steps...
