"Really great beautiful hotel within walking distance of most attractions. Excellent staff. No restaurant but a lounge and a lovely garden. Great grocery store right around the corner for good food wine beer etc if you’ve had enough of the crowds and high prices. Highly recommend! "

He was extremely patient, resolved my situation with grace and his demeanor was such that has made me calm and helped me to accept the offer from the hotel which was good. Which in other circumstance might have been received differently. I would go back there in a heartbeat! "

"Excellent hotel in an excellent location! Plenty of space for luggage and plenty of countertop space in the large bathrooms. Breakfast was the best of the 3 hotels we used during our trip all over Italy. The hotel is located in the heart of the city but it’s not too busy. 15 min walk from the train station and a 10 min walk to Per San Marco. We will definitely stay here if we ever return to Venice! The only negative thing to say is the doors to the rooms are loud when electronically unlocking...

"Nice room, bed area was small but bathroom was large. No elevator so if staying on top floor be prepared. Staff was nice, breakfast is limited but was free and appreciated. "

"Amazing property. Spacious and beautiful. Located right next to the Circus Maximus and a little strip of bistros and bars. While we were staying there were a few concerts at the Circus Maximus and we were able to enjoy them from one of the restaurants near the apartment. Recommend Guenda restaurant for great food and drinks just a few steps away. "

"Everything was great. Lots of variety at the breakfast, free prosecco from 5-7pm was a nice touch. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"The apartment was exactly as described. Clean, stylish, super convenient and a great home base in Venice. Unfortunately we weren’t able to use the patio because of so many mosquitos (bring bug spray and it should be fine). The only real frustration was the initial key pickup that is a totally different location than the apartment. When traveling from the airport, this meant we weren’t able to use the most convenient travel modes. Otherwise, 5 star!"
