"We stayed 2 nights. The room was excellent. The bathroom was large and contemporary. Giuseppe (owner) did a complete renovation in 2004-06. Location was within walking of almost all major attractions. Parking included. Breakfast was great. Giuseppe is a premier owner. When we got disoriented arriving by car, he met us and ushered us in. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation."

"What to say. The team could not have been anymore welcoming. There was an issue with the booking but we were upgraded. We had to move rooms but they did all the work. Super helpful, attentive, great with tips and tricks for our visits, and the breakfast was huge! Car looked after and ready when needed (and trust me you don’t want to worry about parking in Palermo). Would recommend to anyone. "

We have never seen such a spread of different foods laid out for us! The location of the hotel is great for travelling around the city. "Great location made it easy to walk to most local attractions and good eating. Having the Palazzo Butera right across the street was a treat! You can get great views from there or enjoy a beautiful scene from the hotel’s own 4th floor restaurant/bar. Was unable to enjoy the spa services because they were fully booked. Most exciting was the size of the shower (European showers tend to be quite small and this one was decent size) However, the best part about this hotel is the rooftop restaurant.
