"Great stay! The room was clean and spacious. Since we were going to New York, the hotel is ideally right next to a bus stop that takes you there. Good breakfast. Wished the drinks that weren’t coffee were available outside of breakfast hours."

"Room was clean, comfortable bed, pillows. Some of the walls in the bathroom were uneven. The door in the shower was loose and difficult to open you had to push hard. But over all very clean. In my first stay the drain in the shower was clogged. I waited till the next day texted the front desk, stated what happened and asked for a complimentary upgrade, and got a text immediately and was upgraded to a room with a terrace, too bad it was raining I was not able to enjoy it. "Nothing super special about the hotel, but we had a nice stay. We were seeing a show at the Beacon Theater and the location of the hotel was super convenient. I would stay here again."

"If possible, get the 6 person room with the private bathroom. The pods were roomy and comfy, all controls were inside (lights, charging ports, sockets) and you could lock and unlock your pod from your phone. Was close to public transportation and a choice of restaurants all around. Central Park was a stones throw away. I will definitely be staying there again. Wasn't overly expensive, well worth the price paid."

"A dated property with a musty odor. The hotel looks nothing like the photos. Instead of a modern room with park views, I got a dated, smelly room overlooking ventilation equipment and a wall covered in bird droppings. The hallways were dark, the elevators felt old and worn, and the noise insulation was practically nonexistent—you could hear every door opening and closing and people walking through the hall at all hours. Very disappointing and not at all what was advertised. Felt completely...
