Dislike people being allowed to smoke right outside their room, which is also, right outside their neighbor's room, too. Almost always had to pass through smoking entering or leaving room. Consequently, Will not stay there again."

I didn't like that I had to ask for facial tissue and new towels since housekeeping does not come each day to make your bed and change towels. Also at breakfast, 100% whole wheat bread options would be good for diabetics."

"For a premier location and price this Hampton was a huge disappointment. Room was old, worn out, sink and tub did not drain well, kitchen area was old, dishwasher was falling out of the cabinet, and hallways looked like something out of the ‘80s. I’ve stayed in dozens and dozens of Hampton Inns over my work career, but this place ranks as the worst. Location is amazing on Centre Street where all the action is, but take my advice and find another hotel or inn."

"Some of the staff were great but overall I found that the staff were not service oriented. We waited a long time for service, help took a long time and the attitude was more of "help yourself" with some exceptions. They were pleasant but not always accommodating. The resort is a bit like a camp on this grand property which was lovely but people were not ready or prepared at every station of service; overwhelmed perhaps but not sure why as places were not always full. Maybe just inefficient or...
