Property was good. We took all the required paperwork for our two dogs as requested. There was literally zero people in the office for check in. So don't worry about taking your dog vaccines records. Property was the perfect location! There was a dog area where we took our dogs to pee and then picked 26 sand burs out of one dogs paws and 21 out of the other. I'd totally go back without dogs. But if you offer "we accept dogs" and you don't even have an area for them to pee, I won't be back. We literally had to load them up and drive 3 miles down the beach to let them get out and pee.

Quaint spot ... aside from exceptionally noisey neighbors this is a great spot. Havent been in the pool i think its a salt water pool. I never understood them next to a beach but many places have them, maybe easier to keep clean. Room is quaint also...old florida i love that.

The property is not the same as in the pictures I had to argue to get in 25 minutes early. After driving five hours the chair seat was not fastened to the chair frame fell out. The stove did not work. They were a no-show no call. I’m fixing it. I offered to still need a good review if I could just check out early and be refunded for the days not state they refused the hinges on the door or on the outside, which means anyone could pop those things off and be in your room. Customer service was absolutely the worst oh and don’t think about having any hot water.

Seafoam suites

My stay was ok. ( not the seafoam suites it used to be tho ) Room was clean but did find a couple of waterbugs in room. Staff was ok but everthing was virtual and wasnt all that great. Didn't have a remote to the tv and couldn't get ahold to staff after 10pm after making several calls and voicemails,staff only responded to text messages next day. Overall experience was ok ( not what i expected with the online reservations and with the virtual but experience was ok ). Will rent rooms again there now that i know the criteria.

The room consisted of two beds and a bathroom. When we arrived the room was warm. The air conditioner is too small to cool the room. We only had 4 towels for the week for 4 people. Overall, the room could have been cleaner, but it served its purpose for us for the week.

Worst hotel experience of my life. We walked in the door to find a cockroach in the room. I ran to get toilet paper to capture it, but the roll was empty and I had to open a new package. Fine, I caught the roach, flushed it, and then noticed a smear of what could only be feces across from the toilet. My husband was trying to calm the children down, as they were upset and crying in the parking lot. Out daughter has a shellfish allergy, which includes cockroaches, so we couldn’t possibly stay in that room. Messaged the hotel through the app as there is no office on site. Got no response. Called hotels.com and asked them what to do. They contacted the property but got no answer. We rebooked another hotel and later received accusatory messages from Sea Foam Suites asking for pictures of the feces and cockroach. Since I didn’t stop to take a picture, they won’t offer a refund. When our trip concludes, I will be contacting the health department and filing with BBB. This should never have happened, but the worst part is the failure to make it right.

The getaway 😀

The most amazing things are the little things...beach access across the street, free parking, ground floor to room access... a great coffee shop a few doors down, all kinds of great restaurants up and down the street. A great rate for a quick getaway to enjoy some fun in the sun!!!!

Old motel. Not a “suite “. Need to condition the space ahead of time! Checked in at 530; wasn’t comfortable until after 1am. Parking lot is ridiculously tight. It was clean to be fair.

Great place

2nd time here, and I’m sure there will more stays here. Checking in is easy as pie, check out as well. Sea Fiam is close enough to all the things in PCB, but also far enough to have some peace and quiet.

This is my second and last time to stay both stays I have found that it is not clean, the bed sheets were disgusting, and hair was left in the shower from a previous tenant .

Decent if you’re on a budget. However, it was not the cleanest. We ended up buying our own bedding/pillows. The plumbing was not great in the bathroom. That issue finally resolved on our last night. No hand soap in the bathroom. Wi-Fi was not strong enough to connect to the TV.
