"It was impossible to get to get a spot at the pool as people would put their towel and then disappear. There were not many chairs to accommodate this. Otherwise an amazing hotel that really goes out of their way to provide amazing customer service. I would stay here in a heart beat. The helped arrange a taxi to and from the airport, a rental car and upgraded our room without me asking for it. All very friendly and helpful."

"We were initially disappointed to hear a week before arrival that the honeymoon suite was unavailable due to repairs, but what followed was nothing short of wonderful. "Pros: amazing view of port nicely decorated incredible staff clean and great shower breakfast was great and wide selection from 8am to 1030am Cons: does have noise at night due to traffic of port, this may bother some limited storage place for clothes if a long stay"
