"The stay at the Liv Hotel was absolutely great. The staff were first and foremost very welcoming and kind for the entirety of the stay. When we were set to leave, our flight was cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. The staff did not hesitate to arrange to have us back at our original hotel room, with fresh towels and amenities topped up! The security was also very lovely to the customers, and maintained constant care of who entered and left the hotel, always providing us a warm welcome...

"The staff were outstanding! So friendly, so many people work here, alwsys someone near to help out. We had an airconditionning problem and they installed a new one, worked till 9:00 at night to make sure it worked and to make sure we were happy, one day, a small article fell while cleaning our room and the cleaning crew waited for our return to let us know and wanted to make sure we knew about it. That proves their honesty! It impressed us! I highly recommend this hotel, facing the beach far...

"The hotel is very cute and feels authentically Thai. The staff is very friendly, and the restaurant on the property had delicious food. The hotel also offers a shuttle to the downtown area several times a day. I did feel that the property was a bit expensive, as it is slightly dated. It may have been more costly due to the Chinese new year… However, the staff made up for it, they made us feel very welcomed. Overall happy with our stay and would recommend.
