"It had been over 15 years since we had stayed at Mandalay Bay and I was pleasantly surprised that it was very well maintained and rooms were super clean. So many people in town for the Wrestlemania Event but everything was cool!"

"The room that we got was the terrace studio. The A/C in the room sounds like a jackhammer banging on the wall every time it turns on. Hard to sleep. The front desk employee that was helping me check in was a bit rude too. Definitely not how I remembered the cosmopolitan the last time I stayed there."

"This hotel was a huge, expensive let down. From the go, the online check in didn’t work and we had to check in at the front desk which took quite a long time. The room was spacious but didn’t even have a coffee maker. We brought our own snacks knowing the hotel would up charge for theirs. They ended up charging us for taking a snack which we never touched. It took some work to get that removed from the bill. The lamp in the room wouldn’t turn off and couldn’t be unplugged. I ended up unscrewing...

"I like that they were able to give me an early check in. The rooms are years away from the elevator so it took at least 2-3 minutes to get to and someone left a sock under the bed and the sheets had a dirt stain. And I didn’t realize that I had to pay for a premium room to get a fridge and a microwave. (I got a Restored SoHo King Suite) but the people were nice and helped me when I needed it. So take the good with the bad. But honestly now know how to book here and what to except I will book...
