"Had lot of fun in the hotel and the casino was good and lively room was amazing they gave us an upgrade with bellagio fountain view and everything in the room was neat and clean and just too good it was well connected and right on the strip With great public transit accessibility and ceasers palace was opposite and just great atmosphere"

"The hotel is nice and a little too busy but we did enjoy the room. The bed was comfortable and room clean. The only thing is that my “self” check in didn’t work for me. Tried reaching out to hotel and wasn’t helpful. So then we had to wait in line for 45 min to check in. It still took this long with 6 employees working. It seemed to me that they had no sense of urgency."
