"Honestly speaking, I was very dissappointed with the actual resort! It was completely falsely advertised, nothing like the pictures on the website!! I was suppose to have an island view, but instead all I saw from my room was a construction site and a roof!! It was very upsetting.. there is no beach at the resort, you needed to walk or take a shuttle bus to the beach with no umbrellas or chairs included, no drinks included, it really was very disappointing.. while we were at the pool, there...

"Awful, trash in room from people before us. Shower fixtures not working properly. One had a screw sticking out and grinding on the turn handle, the sound was awful. Breakfast was mediocre at best, everything tasted like cardboard and a few members had food poisoning from it. We only stayed one night and made arrangements elsewhere."

"Overall a nice trip. Check in was extremely slow. Room was not ready and waited way too long for the room to be ready. Ruined our first day. Room was spacious and clean. Temporary adult pool was ok. Way too many reserved chairs that were not being used. A complete waste when there are not enough chairs to begin with. Just another way for them to make more money. "You get what you pay. While certainly not the most expensive 5 star facility, it was still well appointed with a high level of service. The included private car transport from and to the airport was a nice touch."

"I first visited 3 years ago and had zero issues- wonderful time. I returned this year and there are major communication and as a result, service issues. Can definitely spend less going to an all inclusive and avoid some of the frustration elsewhere. While there were staff that were highlights and we generally had a nice time, I don’t think I’ll be back- which is a shame. But it distinctly had the feeling of really attempting to nickel and dime visitors which sucks."

"Beautiful grounds on the hotel property. It is across from a beautiful beach. Nice pool. Extremely helpful, caring staff. Was great to have a restaurant at this hotel with good food. I would definately stay again if I'm ever in Nassau. 5 stars!!"
