"I booked in March and paid. When we arrived in May there were no rooms available. We couldn’t check in, so we left our bags with the front desk to find dinner. Frankly, the hotel should have sprung for dinner in the hotel while we waited for a room. When a room opened up it was comfortable and clean. The rest of the hotel is looking a little worn, but comfortable beds. The manager was great, smiled a lot, and if you needed something he was on it. The front desk staff was polite."

Two no refrigerator or microwaves in the room, which is an inconvenience to someone who may have to take medication you have to go all the way downstairs to a machine. I feel a lot of the staff cater to the Caucasians and bypass. Everyone should be treated equally we all bleed the same blood and all our money is green. Staff at outside grill at lunchtime...

"The entire staff is wonderful, gracious and so helpful. The location is excellent if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxed getaway, far from the large resorts. Old Fort Bay Club is beautiful, situated on a stunning beach without crowds of people. Very good food (we preferred the Italian restaurant over the Asian). Gym is very good and the pool is decently sized for those who like to swim laps. Room and bathroom are clean and spacious. The only thing missing is mini fridge."
