" Stayed at Pensacola Beach Resort with a family of two adults and two teen daughters and it was very disappointed. While the hotel looked clean and the lobby was nice, seating was limited. They have a sitting area outside but the wind brought the guests to come inside the lobby. This is definitely not a family-friendly place. The pool was small, overcrowded, and full of loud adults drinking. We didn’t feel comfortable letting our daughters stay in the pool. Room cleanliness was also an issue....

"The hotel had lots of outdoor amenities that seemed beautiful. Unfortunately due to weather we were not able to partake in them, making the room more important. Ended up with a lousy view of the roof of the adjacent attached building. Warning to Hilton Honors members, due to booking through Expedia you do not receive any points for the stay or any additional consideration."

"The actual outside definitely could use a face lift. The rooms are clean and well stocked. However the upgrades were clearly over the top of previous damage. The parking lot had a strong odor of marijuana. When informing the front desk only to be told there wasn't anything they could do. Just shows lack of professionalism and customer service. The restaurant attached to the hotel is absolutely amazing. Dinner with live music and breakfast was delicious. Steve and Lisa are the most humble people....

"This is a converted church which means the rooms are not standardized and your experience might depend on which room you are assigned. The hotel has good beds and linens, but small rooms ( or some are at least) a very poor, loud, AC system, poor cleaning, very poor sound proofing of rooms. It really depends on the price point you pay. These rooms can be as much as $400. They are worth 1/2 that amount. If you are paying at that 1/2 rate, then maybe an OK proposition. For example in...

"Staff was professional and helpful. We stayed in room on 1st floor with excellent view of pool. Stayed previous in other bldg which we did not particularly care for. Did not eat breakfast so cannot comment. Parking was easy and close to room."
