"Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, excellent location to Phoenix Airport and Cubs ballpark. We took advantage of a super discount for a room for a week. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for in that regards. Small closet, well loved couch with huge stain, noisy air conditioner, worn wooden drawers. Only 3 small drawers and very small sink. Friends who have Hyatt loyalty points loved their room. The bed was comfortable though."

"The area the hotel is in next to a liquor store where the employee let us know that it gets pretty rough there and it’s better not to go out at night. We were not impress with this information we asked if we could cancel the reservation and she did not let us. I really want my money back because we did not feel save. "

"Walked into the room and it smelled like smoke and saw a cockroach in the bathroom. We left all the lights on for our whole stay and made sure nothing was left out of our suitcase. I did not see any bed bugs which is another thing I was worried about. I went to Walmart and bought sealable vacuum bags & the vacuum that comes with for our clothes.
Room was not very clean. There was crumbs on floor and shower the tub was very slippery. "

"We recently went on a 10-day road trip and stayed at a variety of hotels. This property was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is because as a family of 6, we enjoyed other, more spacious rooms, at other hotels. Otherwise, this was a great facility and the pool was clean and breakfast was great."

"The only issue I had was the gal working at the bar. More worried about her husband who had come in to eat and her two kids at their table and more worried about getting food to go for herself than taking care of customes whom were there trying to get drinks and food. Kept trying to close early, blowing off customers ans she kept going and fiddling with her to go order, etc. clearly didn’t want to be there. Was 9:30 and telling customers grill closed etc. other gal behind bar would correct...
