"I liked the breakfast buffet; it was better than I have had in the United States. The staff was very helpful, except the lady in the buffet. She did not understand English too well so, sometimes the communication was a little abrasive. The view for the Junior Suite was lacking. It was basically looking into someone’s back yard and not like the pretty city views advertised on their website. The bathroom was nice in the Junior suite; however, the pitch was not level. "Great location right in the middle of lots of action and safe. Room was quiet, cozy and clean. AC worked great. Loved the decor. Liked having the little balcony although it was interior but still nice. Only issue was the shower floor is very slippery. Good value for comfortable room in great location. Easy to get around by subway and walking."
