"I arrived on a late flight and needed the shuttle at midnight. I was told to call the hotel to ask for the shuttle to come after I had my baggage. Once I had bags and tried to the call the hotel, they were not responding to my phone calls which left me stranded at the ABQ airport in the wee hours. "Excellent customer service at check in and checking out. The room was comfortable and clean the bed was comfy and I liked the little couch and table. The TV was the perfect size. The bathroom was perfect for my needs and it had shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. The hotel was very close to the airport. I enjoyed the restaurant The Landing serving Pizza 9. It is walking distance from the hotel.I recommend this hotel to family and friends."
