"False advertises as a villa. It is just a standard apartment style condo. Charged both cards I had on file with the full price of my stay for no apparent reason. It was eventually returned 3 days after my vacation was over. Do not give them more than one card to have on file or they will try to sneak an extra charge. "We had a great view of the pool, street, beach, and pier. Fun for people watching and beautiful sites. It was clean and the king bed was very comfortable. The pool was big and all the food was delicious. The staff in the restaurant is rude and disrespectful. But other than that we would be stay here again. My kids loved it."

Restaurant wasn't open or on limited menu majority of our stay, certain drinks/menu items were only available at the outdoor bar not indoor bar and vice versa, indoor bar often unstaffed, Jelly's shop only stays open until 5pm and there isn't actual room service. "Problem - washer was broken and zero effort made to fix during our stay via communication with panhandle getaway vacations - Otherwise we loved everything about the property and would stay again . Location , cleanliness , loved the layout - we stayed on 1st floor so we didn’t have to deal with elevators - parking garage was easy access / close walk - all staff we encountered were very friendly !"
