"We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. We arrived early and although our room wasn’t ready, the staff made an effort to call us as soon as it was. We were then lucky enough to be upgraded to an enormous suite which had complimentary mini bar, huge queen size bed etc. The location was great for a central base in Chelsea and we also tried breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was was also highly rated. Staff were great - only a minor couple of hiccups where they accidentally double charged us for...

"An outstanding hotel. Very convenient location. Staff were absolutely superb and the room itself was brilliant. Lovely little touches at every turn such as complementary snacks and drinks (remember when all hotels had this?!), robe and slippers etc. I was a little surprised when I was told an additional £20 service charge was to be paid on checkout when the room was already paid but apart from that, a really great stay. Highly recommended."

"We spent three very happy weeks here. Everything is brand new, stylish and very clean. Staff are wonderful and the location cannot be beaten. The only downsides were that our apartment did not have an outlook (just modern buildings across the quiet road) and it’s very expensive, but we would stay again if we found a good rate. "

"Staff at the front desk and manager went above and beyond. They helped us recover an item left in an Uber. They were alway friendly and helpful with suggestions. The neighborhood had upscale shopping. Transportation was readily available on Sloane Square. Very walkable as well. Room was very attractive and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if in London."

We spent 6 nights here and found the area of South Kensington wonderful, with many restaurants, museums, and the hotel just a short walk to the Tube, making getting around London easy. "This hotel service and style was superb! We stayed at 6 hotels throughout this trip and this hotel was my favorite. It had the best customer service and food. The back patio garden was serene. The room was comfortable but very cozy. Two people in a Superior room is tight- especially with the small bathroom size. I recommend opting for a larger room. Hope to stay here again!"
