"We were upgraded to Sloane Club which was excellent in every area including fantastic staff. Wonderful rooms and bathrooms. Training needed for waiting staff at Sloane Place at breakfast. Upgraded didn’t include breakfast in the club restaurant, we had to return to the original restaurant for breakfast. That is where it went wrong. The staff didn’t have us on their list. "Lovely breakfast, nice staff, great location near to Victoria. Nice room. Only slight downside was that there has been no attempt to soundproof the accommodation meaning that my relaxing early night didn’t happen as some guests were banging and slamming around very late into the night. I’d suggest ear plugs and had a known I would have brought some and had a perfect stay."

"This hotel is fabulous!! Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, spacious and modern rooms and a beautiful pool, sauna and gym. It was only a few minutes walk to the tube station and about 15 minutes walk to Battersea Power Plant. The highlight was the 180 degree views of the Thames from our room and how comfortable the bed was. Highly recommend!!"
