Our room was on the top floor which we were grateful for, however unless the aircon was switched on the draft whistled through the door quite significantly and constantly!! Something to note if you have the same issue, just stick the aircon on and it stops! We were offered a takeaway breakfast as we were checking out before 4am. The bar and restaurant were good, just very very noisy. Overall a brilliant stay! Thank you!"

"I paid full board including the evening meals as a birthday treat for my wife, which was quite a bit extra, but at the end of our stay they charged me again for dinners. The receptionist said that becouse I had not booked directly through them I was not entitled to do this, which ment paying twice for the meals, and that I was misinformed by the waitress who had said that the meals would be deducted from my final bill.
